55lb Box of Initiator (Benox)

Benox® C-50S is a specialized organic peroxide cure initiator based on dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) for use with compatible unsaturated polyester and acrylic resin systems.

Manufactured by United Initiators, Benox® C-50S is supplied as a fine, free-flowing, non-caking granular white powder. Its 50% dibenzoyl peroxide formulation is standardized with silica and plasticizer for professional industrial processing.

Benox® C-50S can be used in a variety of composite and resin-processing applications, including wet press molding, pultrusion, composite fabrication, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, when used with compatible resin systems and according to the manufacturer’s technical instructions.

The 55 lb (25 kg) package is intended for commercial and industrial users who require larger quantities of organic peroxide initiator for ongoing manufacturing or rehabilitation operations.

Handling & Storage

Benox® C-50S is an organic peroxide and must be handled and stored according to the manufacturer’s current Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), and applicable regulations.

Store at temperatures not exceeding 86°F (30°C) and follow all manufacturer requirements concerning handling, storage, contamination prevention, transportation, and personal protective equipment.
